Configuración conexión NATIVA Microsoft Dynamics NAV y Dynamics CRM • Connection setup in

Setup and Enable Dynamics CRM Connection• The IT administration has been
expanded with a new area called Services.• You can configure the integration
in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup.• The Integration Table Mappings show the enabled mappings.• The Integration Syncronization Jobs shows the latest status.• The Integration Synchronization Errors will give full access to all errors.
Setup and enable Dynamics CRM Connection1. Identify Host Name, User Name and
Password in Dynamics CRM and enter it in the setup.
2. Click Test Connection to validate a correct setup.
3. Enable the Connection will populate the default synchronization jobs.
4. To utilize automatic synchronization you need to setup and utilize the Job Queue.
5. Job queues needs to be started in correct order. This is possible through Full Sync Action.
6. Easy access to the implemented mapping for syncronization.
7. Access to syncronization issues.8. Additional settings for sales order
synchronization and Security.
Running Job Queue1.Start the default Job Queue
to run in process.2.Start the Job Queue Entries
in the right sequence:• Synchronize Sales People• Synchronize Currencies • Synchronize Unit of
Measure• Synchronize Customers• Synchronize Contacts• Synchronize Item-
Product• Synchronize Resource-
Product• Initial startup can be
handled by the Run Full Synchronization action in Dynamics CRM Connection Setup page.
Default Integration Mapping1. Default mapping
enabled from the Dynamics CRM Connection Setup.
2. Synchronization can be filtered to cover the business needs on the Table Filter and Integration Table Filter.
3. Creation of Customers is done utilizing the Table Config template Code.
4. Note: Field mapping is handled by codeunits and are not changeable in the UI

• Ability to navigate to the actual failing entity. Either Source or Target
Service Connection Status1. The Service Connection page offers insight in the existing service
connections and their status.
Status for Dynamics CRM ConnectionNew pages to monitor in the IT Managers Role center :
• The Dynamics CRM Synch Job Status monitors the automatic synchronization and Job queues
• The Service Connection Status shows the status of the connections to services that have been setup.
