THE LEADER’S EDGE

Facilitator: Dr. Rick Bommelje, Ph.D., Professor of Communication & President, International Listening Leadership Institute

Why are many organizations over-managed and under-led? Why can't some managers and supervisors influence their employees to peak performing levels? One reason is that they have not capitalized on their own leadership potential. This program will acquaint participants with 5 leadership behaviors that make a powerful difference. Participants will also learn the single most important trait of a superior leader. Additionally, participants will learn to lead by example, rather than managing by memo. Specific techniques will be emphasized on how to boost your leadership abilities.
