Types of Programs

• Traditional, 60 minute program• Two-part, 120 minute program• Round Table- 60 minutes of

facilitated discussion

Timeline for Program Planning and Selection

• May 2011– Proposals due Friday, May 20, 2011

• Submit electronically via the GLACUHO website

• Summer – Notification of program acceptance (late June/ early July)– Initial contact with assigned liaison from the Programming and

Development (P&D) committee

• September – Changes communicated through P&D liaison– Conference registration and travel/ lodging arrangements

• October– Final details and preparations made– Last minute questions or concerns communicated P&D liaison

• November– Attend conference, November 13-15 in Grand Rapids, Michigan
