WEEKLY CONFERENCE F014 -8- 4JE7( # March 24- April 4,2014
Miss Strait has a talent for thinking outside of the box for coming up with instructional strategies to help the students master a concept. She planned fun and creative ways of dealing with graphs and using technology to enhance the subject matter.
AKJTSS5
Thus far, I have not encountered any we<esses r He nstructional ability. She uses the subject matter as a springboard.
CCE1MS Miss Strait has demonstrated the ability to be flexible and think quickly on her feet. Classroom management is a small concern, but I believe that successful classroom management comes with practice and time. As time passes, she will find the management system that works best for as long as she remembers that individual classes will dictate what plan works best.
RECO1-11-1i)D74 YIOi'JS
The best recommendation I have for her is to continue thinking beyond the norm in order to reach all of the learning abilities of the students and to encourage the students to think with their creative minds in order to explain the "Why" for the content.
