• IN 2006 – we finished our first web projects. • In 2007 – one of biggest investment

company in Lithuania made an investment to Etalinq.

• In 2008 – Lithuanian voice synthesis was created.

• In 2008 - National Young Entrepreneur award from “Enterprise Lithuania”

• In 2009 – I became main shareholder of Etalinq.

• In 2010 – Etalinq became first IT company in Lithuania, which was certified under Iso20000.

• In 2011 – Etalinq gained a biggest tender of 625 000 Eur.

• In 2012 – Etalinq finished our biggest project. Virtual library for blind was created.

finished during 18 month. Users now can enjoy with his lovely audiobooks with their

Recommendations

• ICT is a key to the doors for disabled to enter society and labor market

• We need prepare a list of professions for disable people and support projects where they can obtain one of these competence in all EU countries.

• We need to create a network of disable business owners to share experience with target group.

• Let’s set up special EU program for start ups of disable.

• In each EU country local government should employ 5-10% people with disability from all workers in organization.

• European commission could pay more attention for public tenders from social enterprises.
