Diwali is just around the corner and excitement is in the air. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to engage your team, because the team that celebrates together, stays together. Use this opportunity to have a fun engagement within your team.

Here are a few team games that will build up energy this Diwali for your organization:

Mark a start and finish line for your team. Ask the participants to keep an egg between their legs (thighs) and run to the finish line without dropping the egg on the floor. The winner gets to keep all the eggs!

1. HUMPTY DUMPTY RACE:

Through dancing creatively, participants learn not to judge themselves, to stop seeking approval, and to dance without caring about judgments. To find out more about this challenge click here. Our master facilitators can help you set up the activity this Diwali.

3. THE HAPPY FEET CHALLENGE:

For this exercise, you need toilet paper. Ask participants to make pairs and number themselves one and two. The ones will be the wrappers and the twos will be the mummies. The challenge for the wrappers is to wrap their partner (mummy) fully with the toilet paper in the fastest possible time. The team that does it first is given the title “Master Mummies.”
