Students are expected to report to clinical areaon time. A maximum of 15mins shall beallowed for tardiness. Beyond 15mins, the

student is considered absent. However thestudent is not allowed to go home but stays inthe area as an observer.

All absences incurred due to tardiness shall

due considered in the total number of absencesallowed.

Persistent tardiness (more than 3 times) ofstudents shall be reported in writing to theClinical Coordinator and she in turn inform the

Guidance Counselor for a conference with thestudent and later with the parents andguardians.
