Concierge CareAt Ochsner Baptist, we are committed to providing our patients with quality care and exceptional service. This includes providing the best possible healthcare as well as creating a memorable and relaxing experience. This is why we offer a variety of Concierge Services. These services range from manicures and pedicures to dry cleaning services to booking a reservation at a local restaurant.
This complimentary service, available to all patients, families, guests, physicians and employees of Ochsner Baptist, is designed to meet non-clinical needs during your stay.
The only charges you may incur are for any goods, services or amenities. The information services and arrangement services are offered at no charge.
Concierge Services is available five days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
