2017-18 SEASON

We’re your symphony.

What an honor it is to bring you Bremerton Symphony’s 75th season. This special anniversary year requires some extra, new, and memorable programming. We begin the season with bebop in a concert we call Jazz and the Romantic. For me, Charlie Parker has always been the Mozart of Jazz. Mark Lewis, perhaps the greatest exponent of this art form in Kitsap County, will present some of the most famous tunes from the collection, Charlie Parker with Strings. The second half of this opening night features an American classic, the Romantic Symphony of Howard Hanson.

We raise the roof in our season finale with two acts from La bohème plus a true barnburner, the first movement of Gustav Mahler’s Symphony of a Thousand. We are proud to partner with Kitsap Opera for this concert.

In between, we offer Victory at Sea on Veterans Day, along with John Williams’ Hymn to the Fallen, a Mozart Cantata, and the irrepressible wit of Gilbert and Sullivan. For the holidays we present two performances of Händel’s beloved Messiah. Join us on St. Patrick’s Day for Celtic Dreams with violin phenomenon Sophie Lee. In April we present the best and the brightest young talents from our region – how exciting to hear early-career artists close to home.

Help us celebrate our Diamond Jubilee!

Olympic Bancorp Identity SystemUsage Guidelines

The purpose of this document is to help you apply the identity system correctly and consistently when creating advertising and other marketing communication materials. This identity system is a valuable brand asset; it needs to be handled with care and consideration. By following the guidelines provided here, you will help to reinforce the unifi ed visual impression the identity system was designed to produce. Using any of the identities in the system incorrectly or inconsistently will dilute that impression and lessen effectiveness.

Thank you in advance for adhering to these usage guidelines.

Identity SystemThe identity system includes the Olympic Bancorp identity and identity for the bank that falls underneath this corporate umbrella: Kitsap Bank.

The SignaturesEach of the Olympic Bancorp signatures are made up of two components: the logo and the logotype (the organization name). These signatures are the most important element of the brand identity system. They have been carefully designed to present the organization in a strong credible way. It is important to apply the signatures properly and consistently across all media.

ApplicationThe signatures should always be used in their entirety. The relationship between the logo and the logotypes should never be shifted or adjusted. Always use the approved artwork when reproducing our signatures.
