The United National Grand Lodge of Romania, founded in 1880, announce the internationalmasonic community of a new false Grand Lodge.

A group of expelled Masons of the United National Grand Lodge of Romania (founded in 1880) and of

the National Grand Lodge of Romania (founded in 1993) state on the national and internationalMasonic scene that they are the sole Masonic body descending directly form the Mother Grand Lodgeof Romania, founded by General Constantin Moroiu 33 - Grand Master and founded of the SupremeCouncil of Romania.

The association called MAREA LOJA NATIONALA ROMANA 1880 - translated into English as NGLR1880 (a combination of the name of the National Grand Lodge of Romania and the date of birth of theUnited Grand Lodge of Romania) represented by a so called Grand Master (Constantin BartolomeuSavoiu) elected in strange circumstances; and by the so called Sovereign Grand Commander HoriaNestorescu Balcesti creates disturbance in the national Masonic climate of Romania.

The presumed Annual Communication of these Grand Lodge, held in December 2010 producedconcern by imposture and by triking other Grand Masters into this game at that AnnualCommunication. In their game also fallen the Grand Lodge of France.

This infamous group emitted a press announcement and sent information to foreign and RomanianBrethrens in the country and abroad saying that they work in the AASR and in the Memphis-Misraim"regular" wing, which is not true. The World Grand Master and Grand Hyerophant of the regular wingis Most Powerful Brethren Willy Raemakers (from Belgium). Also exist another wing of the Memphis-Misraim Rite led by Most Powerful Brethren Giancarlo Seri (from Italy) which also has nothing to dowith the presented expelled group of Masons. The person that conferred them the Rite Patent is aunknown person named Joseph Castelli, French citizen of Italian origin.

More, the position of the Romanian Brethrens is that of condemning these expelled group of abusiveMasons of which we are ashame. Savoiu and Nestorescu Balcesti are receiving an image supportfrom the infamous Masonic character of the 20th century, Licio Gelli of the P2 Lodge (also expelledfrom the Grand Orient of Italy) for financial crimes and others.

Through the present statement we hope that you shall understand the danger of the rebirth of suchpersonage as Licio Gelli in the 21st century and his long hand in our Grand Masonic Jurisdictions. Weexpress all our consideration and support hoping that the scandal will not go any further.
