• Presenting Self – It is important how to contestants present themselves to the other contestants. They don’t want to seemlike too much of a threat.

• Kinesics – Oftentimes you can tell how experienced the chefs are by looking at the differenttechniques that they are using.

• Listening – Listening is important during thecompetition they do not want to hear the wrong recipe.

Empathy – I have empathy for Chef Carl Casper because like him I also have a dream of one day becoming my own boss and owning my own restaurant.

Stages of relationship development -This film showed how Chef Carl went through

the stages of relationship development with his significant others. His relationship grew with his son and now wife.
