Parts of the ComputerThe basic parts are: Microprocessor- the brain of the computer. Interprets
the information given to it. (CPU) Bits: binary digits/ 8 bits make a byte
Kilobyte – 1024 bytes (thousand) Megabyte – 1 million bytes Gigabyte – 1 billion bytes Terabyte - 1 trillion bytes
Motherboard- Main circuit board for the computer. Other devices are attached to the motherboard.
