Pallube 32pPallube 32p is a specially formulated lubricant using polyalkalene glycol (PAG) as the base fluid, which provides better cooling capability than most other lubricants. This will provide improved temperature control when operating in high ambient conditions. Pallube 32p has a high viscosity index (188) allowing it

to operate over a wide temperature range. This base fluid will not form deposits like most other lubricants when operating at high temperatures.Pallube 32p is Biodegradable.

Pal-EXTRA 44Pal-EXTRA 44 is a custom-formulated lubricant specifically designed for extended life in severe, demanding conditions encountered in rotary screw compressors which are in virtually continuous operation.Pal-EXTRA 44 combines the advan-tages of a synthesized hydrocarbon blended with a very thermally and oxidatively stable polyolester.This combination provides excellent material compatibility along with superior resistance to air-borne contaminants.Life: 10,000 hrs. or 2-years.

Palasyn 45Palasyn 45 is a custom-formulated lubricant specifically designed for long life under the severe, demanding con-ditions normally encountered in recir-culating systems such as rotary screw compressors.Palasyn 45 combines the advantages of synthesized hydrocarbon which results in performance improvements beyond conventional mineral oils and many synthetic oils.Life: 4,000 hrs. or 1-year.

Pal-EXTRA 68Pal-EXTRA 68 is a lubricant using polyolester (POE) base fluid which is very thermally stable as well as being resistant to degradation from ingested fumes. Because of it’s higher viscosity, this fluid is recommended for use in compressors at high operating pres-sure.Pal-EXTRA 68 will give a very good service life because of its synthesized formulation.Life: 12,000 hrs. or 2-years.

Food Grade 32 LLFood Grade 32 LL is a custom blended polyalphaolefin (PAO) of 100% synthetic base oils using only FDA approved ingredients which gives it a high rating for inci-dental food contact.This lubricant is a relatively long life lubricant formulated especially for flooded screw compressors. It is federally authorized by the USDA for meat and poultry plants. Food Grade 32 LL is BiodegradableLife: 6,000 hrs. or 1-year.

Super Flush SL620Super Flush SL620 is a cleaning formula specially designed to clean machines to allow for a lubricant change. Cleans varnish and sludge.SL 260 can be used to clean or flush systems running on synthetic lubes as well as normal mineral oil. Contains additives to allow operat-ing up to 500 hrs. or 1-month.SL620 is Biodegradable.

QuickDraw Oil Sample

Fluid Sample Valve

The QuickDraw Oil Sampling Method was designed to allow the QuickDraw Oil Samplet to probe the sampling valve and draw a fluid sample. This oil sampler al-lows the user to draw the sample without leakage and free to contamination.By using the oil sampler, you do not have to shut down the compressor to take a sample. There is no gun, no tube and no mess. The QuickDraw comes with a fluid valve that you install upstream of the oil filter.The fluid valve is a one time cost and it comes with a seal-tight dust cap and re-tainer chain. The valve comes in standard materials of brass and stainless steel with standard thread sizes 1/8” and 1/4” NPT (National Pipe Thread).
