CANCELLATION/REFUNDS POLICYThe University of Pennsylvania reserves the right to cancel or postpone any activity due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the University will refund registration fees but will not be responsible for related costs or expenses to participants, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines, travel agencies and hotels.
Full refunds, less a $75.00 administrative fee will be made to those providing written notification of withdraw by September 25, 2012. After that date, no refunds will be given.

neurosurgeons, otolaryngologists,
and neuroradiologists practicing
or training in community and
academic centers, who are
interested in refreshing their
knowledge regarding the imaging
features of neurological diseases
and updating their knowledge
regarding recent developments in
neural imaging. The course is
also designed to help radiologists
prepare for special certification
or re-certification in neuroradiology.
OVERVIEW & TARGET AUDIENCE
MEETING MATERIALSPenn Radiology will distribute CME syllabus materials to registered attendees on a flash drive. You are welcome to bring your laptop to the lectures should you wish to follow along electronically. A paper syllabus is also available for an additional cost of $40. If you would like one, please be sure to note this when registering. We cannot guarantee that additional syllabi will be available onsite for sale.
