9. Marking on Ammonium Nitrate packages(1) Each bag or container containing Ammonium Nitrate shall be marked in
conspicuous indelible characters, by means of stamping or painting with –
(a) the words "AMMONIUM NITRATE";(b)purity in percentage;(c) the name, address and license number of manufacturer or converter or importer;(d)identification number of the package or bar coding;(e) the net weight of Ammonium Nitrate;(f) gross weight of the package;(g)date of bagging and batch number;(h)name, address, license number and unique identification number of stevedoring agent, if any.
(2) The bags shall be serially numbered with date of bagging by means of stenciling, barcoding, by RFID tags or any other means by the manufacturer or importer as directed by the Chief Controller.

Each location in the warehouse will be provided with a location code specifying the location and plant number.
For storing the sack (FG) in the warehouse the scanner which is linked to the ERP system provides the empty locations in the warehouse.
Once the sack (FG) is stored in a desired location the ,UTC and location code is scanned, which updates the database.

A dispatch Pick-list is generated by the ERP system with location and product details which is downloaded in the scanner
The scanner will only accept the sack (FG) matching the entry in the pick list
Incase a incorrect sack (FG) is picked for dispatch, the scanner will give an error message, avoiding dispatch error.
