Compensation & Benefit Manager/Specialist Responsibilities To work with HR Director in reviewing and designing the Compensation & Benefits scheme which is included Salary Structure, Rewarding & Recognition program and Variable Payment Scheme to ensure that the schemes are competitive and attractive for retaining and recruiting purposes. Act as a consultant to line managers on compensation & benefits matters. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher At least 5 years of experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits structures Having knowledge of salary structures and job evaluation systems will be an advantage. Good communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English Learning Development Specialist Responsibilities Develop and implement KPI, competency and succession planning project Design training course and its curriculum to match with Individual Development Plan (IDP) to ensure the effectiveness of training & development activity Recommend appropriate training course and able to be the trainer is a plus Qualification Bachelor's Degree in phychology, human resources or related field with Master's Degree in HRD is preferable 3-5 years of HRD or OD experience Good command of English Strong background in HRD project i.e. KPI, succession planning and competency HR Business Support Responsibilities Provide a full range of general HR services to the assigned BU, except compensation & benefit function. Ensure that all human resources policies and procedures are implemented properly in the BU. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, OD, Psychology or other related fields At least 5 years’ experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role Experience in IT, Telecom or Financial business is preferable Must be mature, initiative, proactive, work independently and adaptable Employee Relation Supervisor Responsibilities Initiate and manage employee relation activities i.e. staff party, sport day, company outing in order to build up and maintain a positive attitude of the employees within the organization. Organize the Welfare Committee election and be a coordinator for the regular meeting. Develop internal communication strategy and execution plan to promote effective communication channels between the company and the employees. Handle internal communication to ensure company’s policies and messages reach all employees by using proper and effective channels. Coach and provide guidance to subordinate. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree in any fields. At least 5 years in HR, especially Employee Relations Management related. Strong knowledge in Thai Labor Laws and HR practices. Good Leadership, Service-mind, Interpersonal, Communication, Creative and Dynamic. Ability to build rapport among employees. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). HR & GA Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR Strategic plan, organization structure design, recruitment, compensation & benefits model, reward, performance appraisal & management system, organization culture development and other HR key initiatives

• Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement nitiatives within the business area in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for flexibility and planned growth

• Ensure HR practices align with company business and direction

• Responsible for related general affair functions

• Provide HR guidance and advisory to management, line manager and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in any related fields

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR & GA function and 3-5 years’ experience in managerial level.

• Good Knowledge HRM, HRD and Administration works • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively

at all levels of the organization and appreciate working in a team-oriented environment

• Proactive, Strong leadership Hands-on working style with high competencies in analytical, conceptual thinking

• Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations is a must

• Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy

Recruiter Responsibilities

• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss manpower needs.

• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters, media, and internet sites as well as initiate the new recruitment channel to attract applicants

• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing response; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements and provide recommendation to hiring manager as appropriated.

• Prepare hiring document and applicant confirmation process Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology Management or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hand on experience in Recruitment field

• Background in Information Technology business and mass recruitment will be a plus

• Services mind, understand sense of urgency, good network and resourceful

• Be able to handle pressure and time constraint
