• It is the leading agroindustrialcompany in Peru, the largestexporter of asparagus in theworld and soon to be the largestproducer of avocados in theworld.
1. Youth Program, Arts and Development
With the aim of preventinggangs, violence and achievingsocio-cultural development of theyouth of the district of Chao, Wasput into operation counting on theparticipation juvenile in the area. Iscurrently made up of 70people, including adolescents.
2. Woven Opportunities
Project developed with the aim ofcontributing to the personaldevelopment and socio-cultural ofmothers who integrate SocialOrganizations (mothers Club of, glass ofmilk, others) and, in turn, ensure thatthey generate their own resources andsources of work: currently has onehundred beneficiaries pertaining intothe district of Chao and the centerpopulated with New Chao.
3. Free health campaigns for workers
• Campaign for ReproductiveHealth and Early Detection ofCervical Cancer, made withthe support of ESSALUDROEMMERS Moche and theLaboratory.
• Ophthalmological campaignin partnership with RedOptics.
• Campaign to Fight oftuberculosis, with support fromthe Ministry of Health of Chaoand Viru.
• Campaign of solidarity withHIV-AIDS patients, with the helpof volunteer employeesCAMPOSOL.
4. Ocupational safety.
• Hazard identification and riskassessment.
• Monitoring of physical agents (noiseand lighting)
• Inspection of emergencyteams(extinguishers, alarms, emergency lights, stretchers, first aid kits)
• Implementation of protectiveequipment for cases of chemicals toleak from.
• Control by worker of using personalprotective equipment.

5. Wawa Wasi "Streaky Sun
• In order to support parents andmothers, CAMPOSOL created in 2007a nursery to care for the children ofour workers. This Wawa Wasi childrenare provided with food, stimulationand love from women who workhere, also members of the communityof Chao. Since it wasimplemented, 208 children havebenefited from this program.
