Membrane Nitrogen Generator
Engineered using Membrane seperation technology, this industry proven, durable and reliable solution produces Nitrogen where and when its required Our Membrane Nitrogen Generator Systems can provide nitrogen at flow rates from 30nm3/hr to 6,500nm3/hr. Nitrogen purities between 95% to 99% are easily achieved using this technology with standard outlet pressures of up to 24bar being produced. Thanks to the expandable design, additional Nitrogen Membrane cartridges can be added to each Nitrogen generator after installation to increase maximum flow rate. PSA Nitrogen Generator
Engineered around PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology, the GASGEN PSA Nitrogen Generator can provide nitrogen at flow rates from 40nm3/hr to 1250nm3/hr. Nitrogen purities between 95% to 99.99% are easily achieved using PSA technology with standard outlet pressures of up to 6.5 bar being produced. Our PSA Nitrogen Generator systems are some of the most energy efficient on the market today. Our systems are built for the individual specifications based on customised, customer requirement. Booster Compressor packages – Gas and Air
Gas Generators International designs and manufactures a complete range of gas booster compressor packages ranging in size from 3 to 500 HP and capable of delivering high pressure gas and nitrogen at up to 6000 PSIG. These packages are available with either oil-free compressors or cost-effective lubricated compressors with high-efficiency coalescing filtration. Our modular design makes it possible for us to find the optimal solution for each specific case from both a technical and economical point of view.

Inert Gas Generator System
The inert gas generator systems apply when no existing supplies of flue gas is available. The system comprises a combined burner part and scrubber part, both seawater cooled. Marine diesel oil or heavy fuel is burnt to produce inert gas with oxygen content of 2- 4%. The gas then enters the scrubber part, where it is cooled and cleaned by sprayed seawater before being distributed to the deck area. Generator capacities between 500 - 17500 m3/h are available with automatic turndown ratios 4:1.
Jet Fuel System
The Pump Skid can be incorporated on the Tank Laydown skid, or be made into a separate unit. The skid can be manufactured of mild steel or stainless steel, with or without cover. The helicopter refueling system can be supplied with a single pump, or two pumps in parallel, one in operation and one in stand-by mode. Pump type used is Sliding Vane, according API-676. Chemical lnjection Package We are offering total responsibility for engineering, procurement and construction of chemical injection systems for offshore applications. Each system will be designed to customer requirements and with respect to local regulations. Since we operate fully independent from any pump manufacturer, we are able to offer the best suitable solution for each individual application.
C02 Removal System & C02 Snuffing System C02 Removal and Snuffing System are the perfect choice for fire protection of highly valuable equipment. Carbondioxide is the preferred medium to protect hazards in normally non occupied areas, where the presence of personnel in the protected spaces is regulated by safety devices and procedures. Carbon Dioxide is stored in high pressure containers connected to a piping distribution network that runs from the cylinders' bank to the protected area. Upon system activation, the agent is released from the container and travels in the pipework till it reaches the discharge nozzles. When discharged, the carbon dioxide fills the area creating an atmosphere low in oxygen that causes rapid fire extinguishment. The cylinders may be stored inside dedicated rooms or outside in designated areas. Depending on the installation, they may be located in specifically designed open racks or closed cabin.
Containerised Solutions
Gas Generators International specialises in the delivery of Gas Generation and Compression Packages housed on 20foot and 40foot CSC Containers. Containerised gas systems offer our clients a fast and simple installation time, reduced transportation costs and a system that is fully protected from harsh environments. Our containerised gas systems are easily transported from site to site and have improved security protection over an open skid design. Our containerised gas generation systems can be found on FPSO’s, oil platforms, supply vessels or at onshore facilities throughout Australia, Asia, Middle East, Africa and around the globe.
Cyrogenic Air Separation ASU – Nitrogen and Oxygen
For large scale Nitrogen and Oxygen production where high purities of 99.999% and higher are required we will install and operate Cryogenic Air Separation Units (ASU). An air separation unit separates atmospheric air into its primary components, typically nitrogen and oxygen, and sometimes also argon and other rare inert gases. The most common method for air separation is cryogenic distillation. Cryogenic air separation units (ASUs) are built to provide nitrogen or oxygen and often co-produce argon. High purity oxygen, nitrogen, and argon used for semiconductor device fabrication requires cryogenic distillation. Similarly, the only viable sources of the rare gases neon, krypton, and xenon is the distillation of air using at least two distillation columns. Basic level supplier scope of supply:
