Company HistoryJetwave Industrial Equipment has been designing, importing, manufacturing and distributing cleaning equipment throughout Australia since its incorporation in 1992.

The story has a humble beginning with Jetwave’s owner and Managing Director, selling and servicing high pressure cleaning equipment out the back of his van. Due to the fostering of customer relationships, first-rate workmanship and industry leading designs, from this Jetwave has experienced expediential growth. This legacy will remain and result in taking the company into a new era.

Due to this success Jetwave has developed an extensive Australian distributor network of sales and service agents to support our growing customer base.

Jetwave’s founder has always been aware of constantly reviewing manufacturing technologies in a bid to adapt the product to suit current market trends. This idea is pivotal to the ongoing success of Jetwave’s business operations to ensure sustainable growth now, and in the future.

Service and SupportLocated at our head office, our dedicated Service and Support Department offers warranty determination, service and repairs, modifications and unit inspections explicitly for Jetwave manufactured and imported equipment and systems.

Unlike some other manufacturers and wholesale companies within the industry, Jetwave has a fully equipped and staffed service and support department to assist our customers and conduct repairs.

When it comes to servicing and maintaining your equipment, you can depend on Jetwave, and /or our service agents, to look after your cleaning machine.

Additionally, we have a fully stocked Spare Parts divison and we import and distribute these spare parts to retail and wholesale customers all over Australasia and the world upon request.
