idea: the beginning


The joint venture goes smoothly and serving many projects as a team of design and build finally with confidence we developed an entity as PT Griya Remiza in 2006, to over come various architectural, design and construction needs.

In 2008, as demand for specific design has grown, Aang Wirawan took the opportunity to create a new business line of architectural and interior design with the name of North Artchitecture.

Same year as well, as our company growing, we have the opportunity to expand our productions by building a new state of the art 2000m2 workshop using new European standard machines, to improve our quality and time management in products line.

It begins from the simple idea as we become aware that more and more people need a one stop solution to fulfill their dream of architectural needs.Our passion is always to create the ultimate one stop solution company for various aspects of architectural, design, and construction needs.Thru that passion, we try to accommodate customers imaginary, needs, vision and demands thru a set of design concept based on trends.

The History

Starting from the generation of HM. Roesdi Ilyas which is a contractor with various experience in over than 35 years.The second generation arrived as the son of HM Roesdi Ilyas, Reza Muhammad Akhsan, Bsc., MBA graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2002, continues his father business and developing the new workshop at Kemang Timur Raya, which specialized in furniture and interior design.

Reza developed joint venture with Aang Wirawan B Arch, MRE from New South Wales University and Arya Aji Pratignjo ST MM from Trisakti University and Prasetya Mulya Business School. Last to join is Ichwiraldy Rachman Msc from Southern New Hampshire University in 2002 concentrating in the finance of the company.

We use a lot of corporate colors to express their identity. A basic purple and orange are located in some primary area. Others color, such as yellow, blue, and red, we express in the others interior such as working chairs for different meeting room, different staff, and different unit. The furniture it’s self, as we aim to make it modern, stylish, an a concept of “open” and “light”, mostly us laminated material for easy use n easy maintenance purpose, with a combination of glass, aluminum, and stainless steel. We use a set of word class office standard wallpaper and carpet for creating a warmth atmosphere, and supported with a combination white and yellow lamps to achieve it.

Start from the design, Astra Zeneca Indonesia headquarter located in TB Simatupang, in need to express their corporate identity thru a set of concept and design. The company, as one of the leading manufacture in pharmaceutical, wants to show their culture, ethics and integrity, and their core interest for health and their responsibility for environment and society. To accommodate this, we came up with a concept of continuous synergy, where a concept of open communication is in place. Therefore, we use a lot of glass material among rooms and low rise partition to encourage communication. Some meeting room even located in the middle of a work space, covered with combination of round glass with partition.

Each room is designs for their specific need and requirement. Both exterior and interior are carefully thought starting from scratch. The house has its own home theater, study room, private gym, and others room to meet their needs. The wall treatment is a combination of veneer, marbles n glass. Except for home theater that need a specific fabric material and foam to get the soundproof they want. These are done to achieve the luxury looks we want to achieve.
