JobsOnPhone is a service that can be easily accessed by a huge base of mobile subscribers anytime, anywhere, thus providing a large-scale database of jobseekers. It is a personalized and interactive mode of addressing the requirements of employers as well as employees.
• This service provides a comprehensive vacancy advertising service, together with a facility for providing and processing interested applications.
• Job openings are played instantaneously on the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), which the existing subscribers can listen to and apply for the job.

Our Clientele
Terms & Conditions• Organisation is required to submit the details like company profile, background, employment details,
salary offered, job hours, nature of job, eligibility conditions, gender preference or any other related terms and conditions on the prescribed format at our website or on the letter head of the company in writing only, so as to enable us to shortlist best candidates as per your requirements.
• We charge 8.33% of the annual CTC of each selected candidate to be paid within one month of the joining. For higher Positions it is 12.55%. It can be decreased based upon the volume of recruitment in your organisation.
• A copy of the appointment letter along with a detailed break up of remuneration package will be made available to us within a week of joining of the candidate in your organization.
• If the selected candidate leaves on his own accord within three months of joining, there will be no fee for appropriate replacement, provided you inform us within a week of the candidate leaving your Company.
• If any candidate recommended by us joins your organisation within six months from the date of sending his/her resume and/or the first interview, you shall still be required to pay our professional fees, as applicable.
• We do not re-recruit the candidate from the client organization for a period of two years from initial placement unless explicit permission is obtained.
