The MIAL group plant is a modern and rational com-plex, covering more than 20,000 square metres of surface, located in Tordan-drea (PG), in the Assisi area. Approximately 100 employees work in the different production and manage-ment departments of the plant.

MIAL srl dei F.lli Massini specialises in the designing, manu-

facturing and installation of plants and parts for the agri-

cultural, zootechnical and animal feed sector. Our product

lines stand out for their high level of reliability, quality, and

technological innovation.

Welcome to the world

An important production plant

With its impressive size and variety of equipment, the MIAL srl plant can manufacture very complex

complete packaging systems.

The use of work centres based on numeric control machine tools, water jet cutting machines, laser

cutting machines, press-benders and a wide range of innovative equipment allows MIAL srl to manu-

facture 100% of the mechanical parts for its own products.

Coherent with its own manufacturing philosophy, MIAL srl produces at its own plant all the electric

and electronic components necessary for the operation of its own plants.

This production philosophy translates into a series of advantages for the customer, who can count on

absolute quality control on components and on their full interchangeability, while guaranteeing

maximum execution speed for new plants as well as for spare parts.

Finally, with our modern and rational warehouse mana-

gement system and the ability to manufacture most

mechanical parts in our own premises, we can ensure

quick and accurate delivery of necessary spare parts. Our

CUSTOMER SERVICE We are aware of our important role in the technological business growth of our clients. Our duty

involves more than supplying machinery and equipment: what we offer is full consultancy services.

A service that follows our clients from system planning to its construction and activation, from

employee training to machinery optimisation.

A close relationship with our clients that continues through time thanks to our customer service, a

complete and well-articulated after-sales organisation, in charge of taking care of our clients.

The purpose of this organisation can be summarised in three main actions:

1. Management of client requests, with particular attention dedicated to emergencies

2. Maintenance management

3. Spare parts management

The first point comprises of our Remote Assistance service,

connected through a modem or on the Internet to our clients in

real time. This makes it possible to preventively diagnose

problems and often to solve them as well. It includes our rapid

intervention units, available in the various countries in which

we are present. The next step includes the possibility to decide,

together with the client, a schedule for programmed mainte-

nance interventions, based on our own experience and on the

level of wear to which a system is subjected. This ensures

maximum usability of machinery and reduces downtime to a

minimum.

All MIAL srl products are designed and manufactured within the company. To accomplish this, MIAL

srl can count on a team of specialised designers and technicians, capable of producing any type of

plant and any request made by clients.

Company organisation includes a technical mechanical office and a technical electric one, for the

executive and industrialisation projects. One of the company's added values is the ability to offer

personalised pieces of equipment based on the client's requests.

All the software required to operate the systems is developed by the technical electronic department

gness to offer an increasingly accurate service, has led us to create personalised management and

supervision software according to the various needs of our clients.

Continuous quest for quality

To achieve its goal of continuously improving the quality of its

products and of its customer service, MIAL srl has armed itself with a

quality management system for its own production processes, in

conformity with a certified and internationally renowned model, ISO

9001-2008, based on which our certification was issued several

years ago.

Certified weighing systems

In order to provide our clients with guaranteed quality and precision

and with absolute conformity to the current standards for weighing

systems, our company has obtained a certification for its own Pro-

duction System, in conformity with Directive 2004/22/CE

(MID), in accordance with attachment D for the construction of

AUTOMATIC GRAVIMETRIC FILLING MACHINES, under

the surveillance of the notified institution KIWA-CERMET. This certi-

fication authorises our company to autonomously homologate the

weighing systems we produce and sell as suitable for relationships

with third parties.
