We planted our saplings with just 2 laborers and a small work premise in hand. With all the odds crossing our paths, we have gained experience, be it field routine or core management. If it weren’t for our founder, Mr. Rohan Bafna’s excellent entrepreneurship and proclivity towards making his customers happy, Deccan Concretes wouldn’t have seen new heights.

Mr. Bafna comes from a lineage of entrepreneurs who have prioritized business ethics and systematizing work runs in his family. In his initial days, Mr. Bafna, the then-newbie in this business, had the vision of extracting gold out of mud. Due to his optimistic hold over the company, we have seen the dawn of advancement and progress. This is because he kept his ancestral trail of respecting customers intact. It aided him in earning more creditors for the firm, and he established a notable base in this industry.
