Desalination Plants
Our desalination water treatment systems feature both membrane-based and thermal desalination technologies. Our designs are state-of-the-art, optimizing efficiency, reliability, product water quality, and overall low cost per unit of water.
They recover higher percentages of the feed water as good quality product water. Boiler feed quality may be obtained by using specialized equipment designed for that purpose, even from seawater feed TDS containing up to 50,000 ppm.
Landmark manufactures a full line of desalination water systems designed for heavy or continuous duty service in the marine applications where quality and dependable performance is a key.
In addition to full-scale plants developed under Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and BOOT contracts, we offer customized, pre-engineered containerized solutions that provide a compact footprint and reduced installation time.

Our salt water desalination systems are available with capacities ranging from 380 GPD to 7,600 GPD for commercial needs and from 8,000 GPD to 500,000 GPD for industrial use
Applications of Desalination● Cargo Ships ● Cities & Village ● Cruise Ships ● Fishing Boats ● Island Communities ● Oceanside Developments ● Oil Tankers ● Offshore Platforms ● Pleasure Yachts ● Processing Ships ● Resorts & Hotels ● Seaside Villas ● Work & Supply Boats
Reverse osmosis is used to purify water and remove salts and other impurities in order to improve the color, taste or properties of the fluid.
Our wide range of processes for custom engineered purification solutions makes us one of few global companies capable of single point responsibility on a water purification project.
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a membrane-technology filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution, when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side.
To be "selective," this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores (holes), but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as the solvent) to pass freely.
Advantages of our R.O. Plants
● Actively rejects ions and contaminants.● Reduce water that meets the most demanding specifications.●Allow the membrane to continually clean itself● Higher pressure from the pump to push the fluid through the membrane.● Capable of rejecting bacteria, salts, sugars, proteins, particles, dyes and other constituents.● Works in various molecular weights.
Applications of R.O. Plants● Safe Drinking Water● Food Industry● Car Washing● Reef Aquariums● Hydrogen Production● Beverage Production● Ion Exchange Pre-treatment● Boiler Feed Water
We offer a wide range of Reverse Osmosis & UF plants, with flow rates of 100 LPH to 25000 LPH and reduces TDS @ 90-99%. The well designed pretreatment and PLC/Controller based automation is done as per specific requirements.

Quality and environmental policy
Our Experience to the service of the Environment
LAPL obtains a high level of quality in the activities it performs, a high level of health and safety of the workers and a high level of protection of the environment within the setting of sustainable development, thus achieving more respectful use of the environment that surrounds us, satisfying the present needs, without decreasing the potential for future needs.
To deal with that situation, we have a system focussing on understanding the needs and expectations of the clients and assuring their satisfaction, optimising both human and technical resources through effective work that is well done from the offset, as well as ensuring our activities are performed so as to have minimum effect on the environment and to guarantee the health and safety of the workers.
It is eminently preventive in nature and based on identification and planning prior to activities that are relevant for quality, or with risk to the health and safety of workers, or that are associated with significant environmental aspects,
15
Health and safety policy
LAPL implements all its activities with a high level of Health and Safety. This is an essential objective and indispensable element, as it affects the health and safety of all those working here.
The principles considered in our actions are as follows:
