Since 1983, the personality of Maurizio Capobianco, founder of CentoarchitettiGroup, has led him toward the archievement of a higt idea of home interiors.

When he started his activity, he had in mind only one aim: create homes that through his personal inspiration could have represented the personality and life of his clients.

Not simple exercises of architecture, but more reinterpretation of the owner’s lifestyle: seeing the home with different eyes.

Through out those last 35 years, he has realized unique projects that represent his history, built up on creativity, and most of all, on a deep practical sense, that has helped him in the realization of the projects.

During those last years, with his companies, he has built more than 80 apartments, villas, clubs and restaurants.

Today, centoarchitettiGroup is a company that sets up its own business on a higt and market field, realizing the most prestigious mansions and apartments through the globe.

After the opening of a branch in Paris on the 2003, the Group is expanding its branches in St. Tropez(-March 2006), Los Angeles and New York (October 2007) and Johannesburg.

Nowadays, centoarchitettiGroup is growing rapidly, creating inside its structure a tea of young but skillful architects, that will represent the Italian Style that Maurizio Capobianco has always promoted in his work.

Among the team, we can count architects, light designers, structural engineers, hydraulic engineers, project managers, smart home systems experts, home theatre designers, swimming pool experts, lamellar wood experts and land scape designers.

The Group is now realizing turnkey projects, offering the full range of services:

ARCHITECTUREOur studio provides services for the creation of project of villas, apartments, hotels, spas and leisure centres. We provide a full range of services, including 3D renderings and virtual tours. INTERIOR DESIGNOne of our core business is to propose to the client complete projects of interior design, including the definition of materials, surfaces and furniture for any interior. We provide high definition renderings and material samples. CONSTRUCTIONSince 1948, our experience has been based on construction: structured concrete, buildings, car parks, villas, restructuring of interiors, are few of the many fields where we have operated for the last 60 year. REALIZATION OF FURNITUREIn the past three years , we started an activity of creation and realization of furniture: kitchens, sofas, tables, chairs, kids furniture and any other pieces to custom our clients’ needs. We choose only the best silks, the finest wood veneers, the rarest marbles and the best craftsmen available to realize our one-of-a-kind creations, for the most demanding clientele. REAL ESTATE We also provide technical service to our clients to retrieve the best properties through the word, from California to France, from the historical Italian cities to the finest retreats in the Carribean: in France- Metro srl. also operate as “merchant de bien” trading real estate, buying the refurbishing and setting it in the market. SALES OF FURNITUREWith more than 450 suppliers, centoarchitettiGroup can offer one of the wildest ranges of products that interior design firms can offer in the market from bathroom appliances to kitchens, from bedro-om furniture to sofas, from lighting o curtains, but also electronics smart home systems, tiles, wood floors and many other categories.
