NIKO sliding and folding door fittings stand for their high quality and extended life span. They have achieved the highest EN1527-2012 certification ranking and are continuously monitored to ensure they meet the strict requirements of NIKO Quality assurance which is in accordance with ISO 9001.

This product range consists of Industrial door fittings, Residential door fittings and Gate doors.

NIKO offers a more extensive range of products for sliding and folding door applications than competition and therefore more solutions are provided to our customers. All our products:• Are zinc plated, ensuring the smooth running of

the wheels in the track• Have compact construction and therefore

require less space.• Our wheels and bearings are specially designed

which make them much more durable under load

NIKO conveyor system provides an economic and flexible solution in conveyor systems for loads up to 2.000 kg, ideal for painting lines, assembly, production lines, storage and general material handling.All our products can be provided in zinc plated or with powder coating finish.

Wagon cranes, systems with pneumatic turntables or with swivel switches are available

in order to optimize the material flow in your manufacturing.

Our products are zinc plated to ensure resistance to corrosive environments with

minimal maintenace required. Stainless steel grade 304/316 series is also

available for special environments.

Keep your floor area completely free of pillars & other obstructions. If your ceiling has an

adequate structure, I beams or other ceiling structures can be utilized to suspend the crane enabling free movement underneath the light

crane.

The Niko range comprises of 5 track systems to suit varying weights and all our festoon trolleys can be modified to fit either flat cable or round

hose. Due to our self aligning tapered track. trolleys can never slide out of the center of the

rail, ensuring a smooth and free operation.

Fall arrest.When you need a reliable system for the safety of hanging persons,NIKO can offer the right solution with significant advantages over a taut wire system. The system consists of NIKO high quality components which comply with EN 795:2012 & CEN/TS 16415: 2013-D: rigid track profiles, splice joints that connect the tracks, support brackets, trolleys and track end stops.

Our quality control department is manned with experienced and highly skilled engineers. Statistical process control is performed during the production of every component.
