Improve Productivity
1) It is apply with optimize clamping toggle mechanism (Dry Cycle Time shorten 4.0sec → 2.0sec)
2) High-Speed open-close proportion vale will have high response time so it will decrease time of open-close (80ms)
3) Apply Injection Direct valve type will have high response time so it will decrease time(60ms)
4) In injection small pump junction, so it will be high injection(190~300mm/sec)
5) Optimize in close ejector and in charging open with possibility of complex movement.
6) For thin injection it can be use high speed injection. (1000mm/sec, 60ms, 0.1%)
→ Reduce injection cycle time (High Cycle) so it will improve productivity.
Improve Reproducibility
1) In proportion valve have automatic hydraulic graphic valve so the clamping control will improve in precision. (±0.5mm → ±0.1mm)
2) For back pressure closed loop it will use feedback control, so it will improve back pressure.
→ By improve precision control; it will improve injection and cost.

When forced one way internal circulation runs it will reduce friction of filter and cooler.
It does not need pump suction filter for internal circulation; it use only oil filter so it will improve cycle period and reduce noise.

The controller is possible to realize the high precision control and
built in statistic module and user friendly interface of a touch screen.
Analogue Keys shaped as icons and 15-inch wide large screen that shows the entire process renders anyone convenience of monitoring and administrating the system.

Robot, hot runner, chiller, or other machine related automated products can be controlled through integrated interface

molding machines at the same time to facilitate the data transmission
and management. Such injection related data will be converted into
excel files for easier data management and retrieval.

In mold open and close movement step, transfer ratio of
cross-head and platen velocity maintain constantly as
possible. Otherwise existing toggle, in high speed open-
and-close acceleration gradient it will make low vibration
and smooth movement using by low angle gradient
movement sequence.
Proportional valve’s control accuracy will improve, one of
the essential feature for high-speed mold open and close.

TNSBMC Bulk Molding Compound

TN-SBMC model is only for BMC molding method machine. BMC molding will be use fiber composites(glass fiber, carbon fiber etc.) which have low density, even high mechanical strength than other resin, so that is more favorable to make weight light of automobile, aviation parts. It cannot be used in general type of injection molding machine. TN-SBMC models' advantages are that decrease production cost and producible high value product through save energy and improve productivity, even high price of raw material than ordinary resin.
