This is the NEW MASTER home page. All Auto Approval Enrollments will now be found in the “Attention OPTIONAL” field.

MASTER Users do not have to take any action on these accounts.

Only pending enrollments that were not approved prior to Auto Approval going live and/or if you have the business product will be found in the “Attention Required” field.

The “New Consumer Subscribers” screen can be accessed by selecting the “Subscriber” tab.

MASTER users will be able to see the following:

• Status Column -provides enrollment status and the date the subscriber was approved. • The remaining columns provide other information about the subscriber that may be beneficial along with a View/Edit option. • The top of the screen also indicates the duration option your financial institution chose for auto approval of the traditional enrollments; in this instance, the FI is set at 2 business days.

When accessing a specific subscriber’s record, the MASTER User will see all information that was presented during the bill pay activation.

The MASTER User will be able to “Decline” this subscriber’s enrollment, or edit the subscriber’s bill pay information. We will indicate on this page whether payments have already been scheduled in case that plays a

role in your decision to decline a subscriber.

If the subscriber had added payees and scheduled payments on their bill pay account, but the institution chooses to decline the subscriber’s enrollment, the MASTER user will encounter this screen.

First, the MASTER user will see the number of transactions that are scheduled, but not processed.

Second, they will see that declining the enrollment will cause these transactions to be stopped.
