Ashton & Dave is a Travels and Tours Management Company that was formed and also incorporated in the year 2007. Since its formation, Ashton & Dave has

delivered unparalleled and personalised travel solutions that have translated to high returns on our clients’ corporate business and leisure travel & tour investments.

We are an IATA accredited agent. We are also registered members of NANTA (National Association of Nigerian Travel Agents) and ASTA (American Society of

Travel Agents).

Our organisation specialises in Business, Educational and Leisure travel services management. We are dedicated to assisting individuals, companies of all sizes as

well as governmental and non-governmental organisations optimize their travel programs. In all our transactions and dealings with clients, we put the satisfaction of

Ticketing & Reservations

As an IATA certified agent, we issue your ticket direct with no middleman for all our Local and International airlines within and outside Nigeria .We have hands-on

professional Ticketing and Reservation Officers with wealth of experience who assist with making sure your demands/request are attended to professionally. The

services offered under this department include:

Planning of travel itinerary Issuing flight tickets Re-routing Re-validation of tickets Ticket upgrade Date change Ticket Refunds

Our goal is to assist our clients optimize their travel budgets , cost effective and Accuracy (accurate booking, effective follow-up, good seat allocation, track your mileage, good connecting flights etc) with the best customer service always.

PROTOCOL & LOGISTICS

We are one of the best providers of Airport transfers in the country. We have been able to achieve this is as a result of our Protocol team which comprises of

professionals, trained overtime to maintain the best standard. We are always conscious of the fact that quality customer service is top priority, always on time to pick-

up and drop-off clients. The services rendered by the Protocol unit include:

Meet & Greet and Airport Transfer Services: Our Protocol Officers are always on stand -by waiting to receive clients at designated airports. Our Return airport transfer /

Airport pickup and Drop off service is one of our strongest points as our officers are always on time and do not compromise standards. Based on request, clients’ passports are

collected to assist with their Airport/ Immigration formalities. We take the burden off our clients.

V.I.P. Transit Clearance: For our Transit/Stop-over clients, we receive our clients in one terminal, convey them in our chauffeur driven vehicles and check them in

at the other terminal. This service is particularly packaged for international passengers and Senior executives traveling within and outside the country who have to

board a connecting flight at a different Airport/ Terminal.

Luminary Check-in Services: At Ashton & Dave, we offer Check-in services to our clients on request. Clients’ luggages are received in advance and pre-checked

with the intended airline (subject to airline and airport security procedures). Clients are thereafter presented with their boarding passes and in some cases, escorted

to the foot of the aircraft to board on a fast track. Our aim is to ensure that clients make the flight with minimum efforts or challenges.

Movement Logistics: We offer Car Hire Services to our clients within Nigeria. We are also in strategic partnership and have signed contracts with reliable world

class service oriented car hire outfits that have their presence both in the local and international airports in Lagos, Abuja, and Port-Harcourt respectively. We provide

brand new, fully air-conditioned automobiles of all classes for the comfort of our clients at a moment’s notice. These providers have a combined fleet of over 1,000

(one thousand) vehicles of various classes at their disposal.

TOURS & HOLIDAYS

Our Travel and Tours department is handled by professional and experienced hands-on travel consultants whose primary objective is to ensure you have a

memorable travel experience. We handle your travel packages from the minute you make a request for a package till when you return from the trip. Our Tour

Consultants provide valuable advice to our customers and we do all that is professionally possible to meet their needs. The Tours department will assist with the

following and much more:

Hotel reservation (Outbound & Inbound) Travels & Tour packages (Outbound & Inbound) Visa guidance /assistance. Honeymoon Packages Travel Insurance Corporate/Company Incentives Cruises Tours, Sightseeing & Excursions (Outbound & Inbound) Outbound Team building group packages Global Sporting Events (Football, World Cup, Olympic etc)

Hotel Reservation: At the Tours & Holidays department, we assist our clients in making their hotel reservations in countries all over the world. The reservations are

made subject to the client’s request. We review all hotels before recommending to or reserving for clients .A lot is put into consideration before making reservations such as

clients’ taste, budget, health and lots more. As the comfort and satisfaction of our client is paramount to us.

Packages: We offer quality packages to various interesting destinations. Our packages range from Budget-friendly to Luxury/Bespoke packages, Honeymoon packages, Educational/School trip packages, Family packages, Group trips and lots more.

Visa Guidance /Assistance: We assist with inspecting and putting them through on getting their documents together for visa application .We provide you with travel requirements.

Travel Insurance: We assist clients with travel insurance needs and this is done in conjunction with reputable, well known and generally preferred Insurance Companies.

Tours, Sightseeing & Excursion: Tours and sightseeing activities within and outside Nigeria are handled in collaboration with experienced Tour guide and without stress. Various tours and sightseeing activities are offered to clients and we also guide our clients into making choices that will suit their budgets and make sure they have fun. We also organise school trips and excursions.

At the Tours & Holidays department our duty is to make your trip is hassle free, fun and memorable.

PILGRIMAGE DEPARTMENT:

This department handles the holy pilgrimages (Umrah and Hajj), from processing of the Saudi Arabia visa, return flight ticket, accommodation to the movement logistics from Mecca to Medina. Ashton & Dave is direct registered tour operators of Association of Hajj and Umrah Operators of Nigeria for the Hajj and Umrah.

We also offer accommodation in Mecca and Medina, as well as movement logistics between Mecca and Medina.

We are also registered and authorized by the Nigeria Hajj Commission as a private Hajj Operator.

Mr. Abiola Lawal is an experienced senior manager in multiple industries ranging from Energy, Power, Aviation, Technology and Financial Industries. He worked in broad segment of the Energy value chain from – Upstream to Downstream. He also worked in several aspects of the Aviation industry in the United States covering air and ground transfer, logistics, ticketing and general airline operations while working for SkyWest Airlines at the Los Angeles International Airport, in California, USA between 1991 and 1995. Mr. Lawal has over 20 years senior level experience in strategic, operational and financial processes. He most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of a publicly quoted Amex/NYSE company. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for CIL, a $1.5B annual Turnover Energy Conglomerate based in USA and Nigeria. He was a Co-founder, Vice Chairman and CEO of Innovatum Technologies - an integrated technology company. He also served as Group Chief Strategy Officer, Oando Plc, a $3Billion annual turnover integrated oil and gas company. He was Director of several of Oando subsidiaries such as Gaslink Nigeria. Ltd, Oando Ghana, Eastern Horizon Gas, and Oando Gas & Power. Mr. Lawal has over a decade of experience serving on corporate boards or interacting with board members at senior management levels; including board-level experience in the areas of strategy, business development,finance and capital allocation. In addition to his professional pedigree, Mr. Lawal holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), California, USA. Mr Sheriff Lawal is an Executive Director and Country Manager at Ashton & Dave Travels and Holidays Limited. He worked in the manpower and development division of United Bank for Africa (UBA) between 1995 – 1997. In 2005, he worked with Tyre Protector Nigeria Ltd and also at Zyrex Product Incorporated as an Operations Director. He started working with Ashton & Dave as a Business Development Manager and was later promoted to the post of an Executive Director. He is a registered member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Lagos State Polytechnic. He has a Bachelors degree from Ogun State University, He has a MBA degree (Masters in Business Administration) from the University of Lagos.

Mr Oyebanji Oguntoye is a an Associate Chartered Accountant with over 13 years experience in Auditing, Internal Control, Finance and Operations. He had also worked with Doyin Group of companies as a team leader in the Internal Control Department. He served at Intercontinental Home Savings & Loans Ltd at as Head, Internal Control and as also in the Treasury and Strategy departments respectively. Mr. Oguntoye served as the Regional Finance Manager with Tantalizers Ltd before moving to True Tales Publication and Press Ltd as Chief Operating Officer. He is the Financial Controller at Ashton & Dave Travels and Holidays Ltd

Mr. Onabanjo Olanrewaju is the head of Business Development at Ashton & Dave Travels and Holidays Ltd . He has over 15 years of experience in the travel industry. He started his career in the travel industry as a Ticketing and Reservations Agent at Biscordint Travels Ltd. He also served as a Ticketing and Reservation Officer at Skyways Travels and Tours Ltd. At China Southern Airline, he served as a Customer Relations Personnel. Mr Onabanjo also served at Europ Cars Nigeria and the Alto-Vista Logistics as Operations Manager. He is well ground in the specialized field of travel logistics which includes coordinating and routing of clients’ airport transfers, protocol services and passenger handling. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Nigeria.

Folasade Salman (Head Ticketing & Reservation/Customer Service) [email protected] Folashade Salman is a graduate of the College of Aviation & Management Studies. She has an Advanced Diploma in Air Ticketing and Reservations and Diploma certificates in other IATA certified courses. She has vast experiences in core reservation platforms such as Amadeus/Sabre; Emirate FLX; BSP: VMPD, Disputing ADM and others. She started her career in the travel Industry as a Ticketing & Reservation officer with Samubi International Travels from 2003-2005. She then moved to FOCAL POINT TRAVELS as Ticketing Supervisor. She later moved to SUPER TRAVELS in the year 2007 as she was later promoted to the position of Agency Travel Manager. She joined Ashton and Dave in 2013 as the Reservations and customer service Manager.

Omolola Adeniji (Head, Tours Department.) [email protected] She has years of work experience as a Tour consultant. Mrs Adeniji worked previously worked as a Tour consultant at World n Traveland. She has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Lagos, Akoka and a Masters in Public and International Affairs (MPIA). She has undergone trainings in Professional

Development. She is the Head of Tours Department at Ashton and Dave Travels and Holidays Ltd.

Oladosu Ebenezer Oluwatosin (Head,IT /Administrations) [email protected]

Oladosu Ebenezer Oluwatosin - joined Ashton and Dave in 2012 as the Admin/IT Officer. Due to his vast experience in core Information Technology/ Administrative procedures coupled with the knowledge of Amadeus PNR & FARE acquired, he was promoted to be the Head of Administration & IT manager. He is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University with (B.SC) in Computer science.
