MOSKVA KRASNYE HOLMYENKA established Moskva Krasnye Holmy (MKH)

in 1995 to develop the Russian Cultural Center, a

unique project comprising office buildings, trade,

cultural and sports centers. MKH completed a sig-

nificant number of buildings, totalling 156,000 m2,

including 61,500 m2 of rentable office space under

the brand name Riverside Towers. The complex

accommodates a five-star hotel with 235 rooms,

under the name Swissotel Krasnye Holmy.

MOSENKAENKA owns a 100% stake in MOSENKA, develo-

ping and renting out office space in Moscow.

MOSENKA has reconstructed six historic buildings

with a total construction area of 46,500 m2 and

converted them into modern office buildings, all of

Drawing on ENKA’s experience of running large scale operations in multiple locations around the world, software developed by the ENKA Systems team focuses on problems that are experienced and lessons learned. The software ENKA Systems develops provide solutions for organisations spread out on a global scale in diverse fields
