Drushti Polymers Private Limited was incorporated in 2016 by Mr.Pandharinath Sable and
Mrs. Vidya Pandharinath Sable with the initial capital of Rs. 1 Lakh. The main object of the
company as per the object clause of the Memorandum is to carry on in India or elsewhere
the business manufacturing trading selling purchasing importing exporting distributing
sampling advertising etc of injection moulded plastic parts. The company's plant for
manufacturing is fast coming up at GAT NO 106/2 , AT POST - RANJE, SHIVAPUR -
KONDHANPUR ROAD, TALUKA - BHOR, DIST - PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA. The
negotiation for Plant and Machinery is in advanced stage with suppliers of Machinery. The
company is also negotiating with Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. for supply of Plastic
Injected moulded parts.
Directors Profile:
Mr. Pandharinath Sable aged 37 hails from Maharashtra. He is an Diploma holder in Plastic
moudling. His main area of specialization is developing tools and mould for plastic molded
parts and he is well recognized in the Pune industrial zone for his acumen in developing
tools and molds.
He is very hardworking dedicated and very aggressive in achievement. His vision is to make
this company a world class player in plastic injection molding parts. Following is mission
statement of Mr. Pandharinath Sable.

Mrs. Vidya Pandharinath Sable aged 27,is a Science graduate and has good Management
and Administrative skill for Managing the affairs of the company.
Land and Building:
The company has taken Land and Building on lease from M/s. Shrinivas Enterprises and
Ramkumar Jambhulkar for 5 years. The total area is 18,000 Square Feet. The site of the
plant is well connected to National Highway and good quantity of skilled and Unskilled
Labour are available in abundance. The location is also free from Power cut and this will
ensure continues and stable of Power for the project. The location is also ideal since water
supply in and around the area is in abundance. Our main customer M/S. Godrej and Boyce
Manft. Ltd. is located in Shirval , which is 20 kms from our location and is well connected by
Road. From the above, we will envisage that all the basic Infrastructure requirement are in
place.

Plant & Machinery:
We will be investing Rs. 162.00 lacs in Injection molded machine of different capacity
ranging from 100 tones to 550 tones . All these machinery are likely to be purchased from
market leader Falcon Technologies. The quotation for the same has been enclosed for this.
We propose to invest in injection molded machines of 100,180,200,250,350,450 and 550
tonnes capacity. With this capacity we will be able to cater to various requirements of
Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. In addition, we also propose to
invest in some ancillary equipment required for research, development and quality control.

Assembly, Printing, Ultrasonic welding, Post - moulding, Tool Maintenance.

Electric Installations:
Electric Installations consists of entire electoral fitting required for Plant & Machinery in the in the entire plant this mainly consist of various sizes of cables and wires with various capacity and tension. We propose to give contact for the entire installation to Electrical contractor to be decided shortly. On receipt of quotation from the party the same will be submitted to you.
Jigs Moulds & Fixtures:
You may be aware that success of the injection molded plastic components depends to a great extent on the quality of Jigs Moulds & Fixtures. For this reason we propose to invest about 2.75 lacs on Jigs Moulds & Fixtures. Only those moulds which cannot be developed in-house will be acquired from third party.
Furniture, Fixture & Fittings:
We propose to carry out furniture and fitting work at the factory administrative building mainly consisting of partitions tables chairs etc. This is estimated to cost Rs. 5 lacs. The work for furniture fittings is expected to commence in the second week of May,2017. The quotation for the above will be submitted to you shortly once we finalise the vendor.
Computer and accessories:
We propose to invest Rs. 3.50 lacs mainly consisting of desktop, laptop, and server. This will be installed during the second week of May ,2017. The quotation for the above will be submitted to you shortly once we finalise the vendor.
Office Equipment: We propose to invest Rs. 1.00 lacs consisting of, water coolers, telephone equipment, mobiles etc. The quotation for the above will be submitted to you shortly once we finalise the vendor.
Marketing:
Since the plant is being setup to cater to the mother plant Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.
No special marketing efforts will be required to sell the company product. We have already
received schedule for the whole year and based on that only we are setting up our
manufacturing facility. Our financial projection for this project is based on the schedule
given by Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.
We will be setting up strict quality control system to meet stringent norms of Godrej and
Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.
Production schedule given by Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. is enclosed herewith.

Moulds
Metal mold or metal casting is related to metal moulds or permanent molds made
from metal. Typical parts include gears, Wheels, Pipe fittings and engine pistons. A mould is
formed that of a desired shape and molten metal is then poured into it to get it into a
desired shape. Metal molds can be made from various metals but generally they are made
from Aluminum, Iron, or Brass.
Moulds are of Two types:-
• Open Mould • Closed Moulds • Plastic Molds
Thermoplastic processing involves moving the viscous material into thermoplastic characteristics of some form or mold and then cooling it. Off course these products are light in weight compared to metal products and so more popular. Plastic molds are made from many compounds It is very easy to make it. A foam piece is transformed into a box size. This box is filled with mold. After it is dry it is removed.
• Rubber Molds
Rubber molding is done by passing the material into a particular shape at high temperature and pressure. Rubber molds are durable. They can be used to make number of copies with other materials. They are used to make candle molds, soap molds etc.
• Thermo Cole Molds
We offer our clients number of Thermocole packaging molding material meeting successfully the requirements of our customer.
Our Products Injection Moulding
We, Drushti Polymers, produce best quality injection molded parts, also keeping in mind
timely delivery and customer's requirements. We are leading manufacturer's of plastic
injection molds in India.
Injection molding, in a simple language is high pressure injection of Thermo plastic raw material into a mold to make it as a required shape. Molds are made up of stainless steel. These products vary from few grams to 2 kgs.
Important Stages in Injection Molding • Plastic powder (In form of granules) is poured in the mold. • By starting heater temperature is increased. • Hot plastic is pushed into mold where it is allowed to cool and get the shape of mold. • Mold is disconnected to remove the unit of required shape.
Injection moulding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting material into a mould. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of materials, including metals, glasses, elastomers, confections, and most commonly thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers. Material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mould cavity, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity. After a product is designed, usually by an industrial designer or an engineer, moulds are made by a mould maker (or toolmaker) from metal, usually either steel or aluminum, and
precision-machined to form the features of the desired part. Injection moulding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest components to entire body panels of cars. Advances in 3D printing technology, using photopolymers which do not melt during the injection moulding of some lower temperature thermoplastics, can be used for some simple injection moulds.
Parts to be injection moulded must be very carefully designed to facilitate the moulding process; the material used for the part, the desired shape and features of the part, the material of the mould, and the properties of the moulding machine must all be taken into account. The versatility of injection moulding is facilitated by this breadth of design considerations and possibilities.
