Staff Recommended Motion: The City allocate up to $4.6 million in contribution funding for the expansion of the Port Theatre on the condition that the Port Theatre Society: 1) Agree that it has in the amount of up to $8.6 million ($6.6 plus the Line of Credit as used); and 2) with the support of the City,

from Federal and Provincial fundsfrom senior levels of government beginning with, but not limited to, applications to: • Build Canada Fund; • Department of Canadian Heritage, Cultural Spaces; and, • Canada 150.
