Community Recognition Awards Program

The Kiwanis Club of Milford has launched a new “Community Recognition Awards Program” to recognize exemplary performance, contributions, leadership, community support or involvement by some individual or group in the Milford or surrounding community. Nominations for recognition could be from individuals or groups from these five categories: (1) Public School or SCC, (2) Spiritual, (3) City and/or Community, (4) Individuals, (5) Groups or Organizations. These awards will be given in cooperation with the Milford Community Chamber of Commerce. People may still nominate a business, individual, or a student to be recognized at the annual Milford Fun Days. Outside of Fun Days, recipients of the award will be recognized at a weekly Milford Kiwanis

meeting. Nomination forms can be picked up at Pizza Kitchen or can be downloaded from the

Milford Kiwanis website: www.milford.kiwanisone.org or the Milford Chamber website:

www.milfordnechamber.com Forms will also be available on the Facebook page of either of these

groups.

Completed nomination forms should be mailed to PO Box 356 in care of Milford Kiwanis. Forms

can be completed and mailed in at any time throughout the year. If you have any questions, please
