How to Access Application

Enter URL ( http://cgmatr.ncode.in/CGM-ILMS/Login.aspx) in the browser to access the application.

Application Workflow

2. Online user registration

After clicking on ONLINE USER REGISTRATION, user will see registration form as shown

below.

As shown below, user have to fill up required details.

After filling all the details click the REGISTER button. A message will be displayed as “

User Registered Successfully”

User will get their credentials on registered mail ID. After getting the credentials, user

can login with that credentials.

User will enter credentials (Username, Password and Mobile No) and Clicks on Login

Application for Weighbridge

After Successful login, Application Home Page will be displayed click on “New Application” and

user will be directed to next page as shown below

Click on Weighbridge Application as shown above

Weighbridge Application form shall be displayed as below.

Application Form – Fill up details

Fill the details in the application form and upload necessary document. Click on Save

Data will be saved sucessfully.

Click on submit to send the application to workflow user for necessary action.

After submit , a message will be displayed as “ Weighbridge Registration is submitted

sucessfully”. Also an acknowledgement receipt is generated which will have the details for

tracking.

A unique application number will also be generated. Applicant can track the status of the

application using the number.
