The Real Telecoms MBA )))

What they don’t teach you on other Telecom MBAsThe Real Telecoms MBA gives you the opportunity to learn from the experience and insight of leading telecoms industry experts. The 5 day programme is delivered by highly experienced and qualified industry professionals who understand the challenges that confront the telecoms industry today. The MBA focuses on the practical skills and techniques actually used by the leading advisory firms to achieve real success in today’s market.

The Real Telecoms MBA examines what you will need to master to stay ahead in this fast moving environment. The skills and techniques you will learn are all illustrated with real life operator case studies and benchmarks. Each session is supported by practical business planning tools and templates which you can take away and use on your return to the office.

We are continually being asked to help organizations as they struggle to formulate their business strategy in what is an ever more uncertain marker. Many training organizations offer business training, and many offer technical training. More often than not this training, to those who attend, seems unrelated and purely conceptual. What companies are looking for is a truly joined up approach that integrates company business strategy, marketing theory and network technology into a digestible format for financial and technology staff alike. Only Mpirical, in collaboration with our partners Coleago Consulting, offer such solutions. What is more these solutions are delivered by industry expert and focus on the telecoms market. This ensures theory is related to the real world of telecoms. We have worked closely with major telecoms vendors to deliver such solutions to service providers in emerging markets such as Vietnam. Taking company business plans, balance sheets and network specific information, learning programmes can be formulated to meet the exact needs of the audience. Typically delivered over 5 days these explore the key facets of running a service provider in either mature or emerging markets. If you are struggling to communicate your company’s strategy then we can help.

Commercial & Strategic Roadmap )))

Your route to success

Our roadmaps have been carfully designed to enable you to navigate your way to success. They begin with courses that introduce you to the technology area and provide an end-to-end description. Follow-on training is then signposted to guide you further into a specific aspect of the technology. We are comsious that the concept of “one size fits all” certainly does not apply to learning. We understand the needs or organizations which is why our learning solutions come in a number of formats. What is more,

these can be blended to meet your specific needs.Onsite - we come to you, or we meet your team at one of our training venues.Live Online - the content covered is the same as an onsite course and the students participate in exactly the same way, its just delivered live and online.Distance - a detailed programme specifically for your team in which they study over an extended period with support from our subject matter experts.
