Personal PA® Select FM Receiver. Portable, convenient and cost-effective. The PPA T46

transmitter features the latest technology. The graphic user interface (GUI) is easy to read,

provides more information and offers more flexibility and control. Its dual pre-set mode

allows you to set two different channels / volume levels, then toggle easily between the

two when needed. Audio input allows for a secondary audio source — ie: Auxilary audio

program to your presentation.

Personal PA® Select FM Receiver. Flexible and simple. The PPA Select FM receiver

features easy-to-use, seek-button channel selection with access to 17 pre-set wideband

frequencies between 72-76 MHz. Digitally synthesized for even greater audio clarity and

stability. A versatile 3.5mm stereo/mono jack allows for a variety of earphone and head-

phone options, and is neckloop/telecoil-equipped-hearing-aid compatible. Compatible with

the following Williams Sound transmitters: PPA T35, PPA T27, PPA T32 and PPA T46.

PPA R35-8N

Personal PA® R35-8N FM Receiver.The PPA R35-8 FM receiver can operate up to eight chan-

nels simultaneously when used with any Williams Sound Personal PA transmitter operating on

the 72-76 MHz bandwidth. The PPA R35-8 features crystal clear audio and is digitally synthe-

sized for stable tuning. Each unit is built in a rugged impact-resistant case, and and will operate

up to 50 long-lasting hours on two AA alkaline batteries (not included).

Personal PA® FM Remote Speaker. This remote speaker allows a group of people to listen to

Mid-range Infrared Transmitter 2.3-2.8 MHz. The sleek and stylish TX75 is designed to maxi-

mize coverage area up to 5,000 square feet in single-channel mode when using the RX22-4

receiver. Two slaves (WIR TX75-S) can be added for additional coverage up to 5,000 square

feet each (15,000 sq. ft. total), when mounted up to 100 feet from the master transmitter.

Mounting bracket and international power supply are included.

Mid-Range Infrared Slave Emitter for WIR TX75. Add to the WIR TX75 mid-range infra-

red transmitter for additional coverage. A maximum of two slaves can be added for up to

15,000 square feet total coverage. Placing additional slaves in the same room increases

coverage and enhances freedom of movement. A single CAT5 cable carries both power

Export Compliance:Williams Sound, LLC, and Buyer of Williams Sound products are subject to comply with U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Buyers who are reselling or distributing products agree that they will not re-export or otherwise transfer, directly or indirectly, goods provided by Seller that may constitue a violation of U.S. laws. Buyer agrees not to divert or resell products contrary to such laws and agrees not to sell products to any prohibited party or country. Buyer is responsible for obtaining the neces-

sary authorization and information from their customers to ensure compliance with export control regualtions.

Service

Returns Made Easy:1) Call Us:Please call our Product Service Department at 800-328-6190 to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions.

2) Send it:Choose your preferred carrier to return the equipment to Wil-liams Sound. Clearly mark on the outside of the package the RA Number; this will help us get the equipment back to you sooner. Prepay the shipping charges (no freight collect shipments will be accepted). Remember that items can become damaged in shipping, which we will not be responsible for. Please pack your items carefully.

Warranty Repairs:It is our goal to complete repairs within 5 business days (larger quantities may need extra time). If the product you’re returning to us is under warranty, please provide a copy of the invoice. The warranty period starts from the date of sale. If the date of sale cannot be established, the date of manufacture will be used as the effective date of the warranty. We will repair, or at our option, replace any part or product that proves defective in ma-terials or workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty does not extend to deliberate or accidental physical damage, neglect, misuse, or to products that we deem to be abused. Unauthorized repairs, use of our products with power supplies not verified by Williams Sound, LLC, or modifications will void the warranty. The length of warranty is found on the warranty card included with the product. Accessory items (earphones, headphones, microphones, etc.) have a 90-day warranty.

Specific Warranty Exclusion:Our products are not warranted for use in corrosive or chemical-ly adverse environments. Specifically, damage due to moisture that can occur in health club type settings, or any other chemi-cally corrosive environment, i.e. corroded batteries, sweat, salt. Damage due to these causes will VOID the product warranty.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs:Out of Warranty repairs will be charged at a standard service rate. See the information under “Standard Service Rates.”

Returns for Credit:Items returned for credit, in like new condition with complete packaging, will be issued a full credit (minus batteries and original shipping charges). Items returned for credit after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are unable to issue credit for merchandise after 90 days from the date of purchase. Additional fees or refusal of credit may occur due to missing or damaged equipment.

Effective January 1, 2012, Williams Sound warrants the Personal PA® FM Listening transmitters and receivers (models PPA T35, PPA T27, PPA T46, PPA R37, and PPA R35-8) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for the useful lifetime of the product from date of purchase. (Does not include model PPA R1600).This warranty is available to the original end purchaser of the product and CAN BE transferred to subsequent purchasers of the product.

PPA R1600 FM Remote SpeakerWilliams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manu-factured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the PPA R1600 against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the PPA R1600.

Hearing Helper™ FM 863Williams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manu-factured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the Hearing Helper™ T800 transmitter, T863 body-pack transmitter and R863 receiver against defects in materials and workman-ship for THREE (3) years. During the first three years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

WIR RX22-4 / WIR RX18Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manu-factured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the WIR RX22-4 and WIR RX18 infrared receivers against defects in ma-terials and workmanship for FIVE (5) years. During the first five years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the infrared receiver.

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manu-factured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the PLA-215 Hearing HotSpot™ Home Loop, PLA-90 Hearing HotSpot™ Counter Loop, PLA-DCCP PROLOOP DCC Plus amplifer, PLM-SMP Field Strength Meter Plus against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. Microphones, earphones, headphones, rechargeable batteries, rechargeable battery kits, antennas, clips, rack kits, lanyards, wrist straps, power supplies, power cords, brackets, cables, and carry cases carry a 90-day warranty.

CHG 1012, CHG 1012 PRO – 2 YearsWilliams Sound products are engineered, designed and manu-factured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the CHG 1012 Digi-Wave™ 12-Bay Charger against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

CHG 518, CHG 3502 / CHG 3512 – 1 YearWilliams Sound products are engineered, designed and manu-factured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the CHG 518 Drop-in Multi-Charger, CHG 3502 Dual Charger and CHG 3512 Drop-in Multi-Charger against defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) year. During the first year from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

NeckloopsWilliams Sound products are engineered, designed and manu-factured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the Neckloop Telecoil Coupler against defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) year. During the first year from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

The exclusions and limitations set out above are not intended to, and should

not be construed so as to contravene mandatory provisions of applicable law. If

any part or term of this Disclaimer of Warranty is held to be illegal, unenforce-

able, or in conflict with applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, the

validity of the remaining portions of this Disclaimer of Warranty shall not be af-

fected, and all rights and obligations shall be construed and enforced as if this

Limited Warranty did not contain the particular part or term held to be invalid.

If it is necessary to return the system for service, your Customer Service

Representative will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA) and shipping

instructions. Your warranty becomes effective the date you purchase your

system. If your sales receipt is not available, the date code on the product will

determine your warranty status.
