Investments

At Lauson Group, we continuously build up our strong investor network in the real estate sec-tor.

The commercial real estate investment opportunities we assess are off-market deals that reach us through our strong network of partners on the Spanish market. With our financial expertise, we study investment viability (cash flow, cash-on-cash return, cap rate, …) and assess and prioritize hot property deals, to finally offer them to our clients with a recommendation for investment.

We provide the option of co-investing in each of the properties offered, because we strongly be-lieve in the products we select. Our investment contribution ranges between 3 and 10% depen-ding on the scale and nature of investment, and we are heavily involved in the asset management piece and later re-selling of the property. Our contribution of funds also releases some capital on the investor’s side to diversify in other financial products.

We are focused on long-term, sustainable investment returns for our investors. We believe in building a relationship of trust with everyone we work with, and maximizing value through a collaborative connected network.
