“It made perfect sense to offer clients the ability to work with our cohesive team of professionals, designing an exquisite yet comfortable place to live, work and play.

Our clients prefer working with a focused team rather than having to deal with several different companies. This way we can provide our clients the expertise of design from planning to completion”.

Hospitality - Hotel / Clubhouses / Restaurants

High-value hotels require a great deal of design coordination and attention to detail, not

unlike the club industry. As temporary homes for demanding travelers, they are focused

on maximum impact in first impressions, convenience, a wide range of services, and a

relaxing atmosphere.

The Hotel at Naples Bay Resort

The Hotel at Naples Bay Resort was designed to incorporate the

rich colors and distinct architectural features of Tuscan design.

The main lobby features an intricate mosaic marble floor, hand

forged iron work, and a custom blown glass chandelier in shades

of amber, gold, green, and red. These warm colors, and high

level of intricate detail carry through the facility and into the

hotel units.

The Yacht Club at Naples Bay Resort

The Yacht Club is a 4,000 square foot space with a modern

nautical theme. It offers lounge, dining, and bar services to its

private members and their guests. The interior details, finishes,

and colors were used to create the feel of an oceanic and luxury

yacht experience with a modern twist.

As you enter, the walls are finished in a deep blue color as you

walk on top of blue-green glass tiles that mimic the ocean. You

look up to find yourself underneath dark wood beams that frame

a boat’s hull and light peering around the structure, as light from

the sky. Round portholes lead you down a hall to the restrooms

which are beautifully modern and simplistic.

Tru tennis courts. The Club also features a community room for

gatherings, parties and receptions.

Handsome Harry’sHandsome Harry’s is a 3,400 square foot restaurant and bar

located in the Third Street South shopping district of Naples.

Originally a gas station, and currently one of the oldest buildings

in Naples, the building presented a challenge to the design

team, whose task was to preserve all of the original exterior

characteristics.

To produce an inspiring interior, the team custom-designed many

of the features and created a dynamic interior environment. The

ceiling was carefully detailed to add a level of sophistication to

the space. Sliding glass doors along the length of the wall allow

a continuous visual flow between the interior and exterior, and

maximize the potential of the beautiful view the site has to offer.

Chop’s City GrillThis prestigious restaurant, located on Fifth Avenue South in

Naples, is a 4,000 square foot open bistro and bar. The interior

design work was developed by utilizing computer technology to

work with the program requirements and accomplish the owner’s

needs. The restaurant design combined with spectacular food

has made this one of the most successful attractions in Naples.

Commercial / Retail

Interiors for commercial / retail and other specialized commerce

can be as personal as your own home or as innovative, creative

and visually impactful as interior design can manage to do.

Companies often have a specific vision of what they need,

or look to designers to come up with that vision. Staging and

branding take on great importance as the interior is ultimately

designed to drive sales.

Aqua Sales Center

The design for this condo sales center creates an atmosphere

for potential buyers that would be reminiscent of their new

beachfront lifestyle. Clean lines, modern elements, the elegant

use of color and natural features, such as transparent water walls,

combine to create an overall effect that clearly defines Aqua’s

corporate identity.

Interior Design Network OfficeIt was necessary for this design studio to function as a full-time workspace for interior design, while also being a tangible

portfolio for clients to experience. Showrooms were positioned along perimeter windows to create design vignettes seen by

passing traffic.

Premier Properties at EsplanadeThe client challenged the design team with a two-level space and multi-faceted program. The first floor space boasts a

welcoming front entry leading the way to a formal conference room, operational offices, rental office, small meeting room,

and a space for rotating sales associates. A modern nautical theme was chosen to coordinate with the clients’ logo.

Davis Kiel Art GalleryThis is a two-story, award-winning, 2,000 square-foot tenant improvement for a local art gallery space. The client’s primary

goal was to create a space that would highlight the art held within it. The work involved improvements to a two-story

narrow bay, including the removal of the rear portion of the second floor in order to make room for a new internal stair.

improvement for a high-end retail store specializing in wine,

liquor, cigars, and fine gifts. Through a combination of dramatic

lighting, water features, and intelligent furniture design, the

design of the store has enabled the business to be a competitive

market and receive countless compliments since its opening. The

client’s primary goal, to make the average trip to buy a bottle

of wine a richer and more rewarding experience, was ultimately

filled beyond expectations.

Corporate Offices

The pride and joy of any company, a corporate office is much

more than a home away from home. It establishes identity,

makes a statement, and performs to the highest functional

standards for that type of business.

Kraft Construction HeadquartersThe 100,000 square foot Kraft Headquarters building is home to

one of Florida’s premier construction companies. A modern,

clean-lined design was chosen that highlights and contrasts

raw and finished construction materials. The interior layout

encourages social interaction in various conference, meeting,

and support rooms. Floating ceilings and material changes

define spaces without the restriction of physical walls. Natural

light reaches 95% of work areas with the use of glass walls in

the corridors. Color selection was guided by the company’s

logo, and helped to further reinforce the company’s identity.

The main focal point is the powerful two-story entry lobby. An

exposed concrete reception desk and glass enclosed staircase

interact with the custom terrazzo flooring, stainless steel detailing,

furniture, and lighting to create contrast, beauty, and drama.

PK Studios Office BuildingThis award winning “Best Interior” office building was the

first project in the long history of our firm that involved every

discipline and talent we had on staff, as well as may of our

talented consultants. Design Forward is our firm’s tag line and is

apparent from the moment you enter the building. The playful

cladding of the elevator shaft in glass, the magnetic-paint wall

that showcases a wide variety of our past projects, the use of

volumes, angels and details showcases the firm’s practices in

inspiring the occupants, as well as providing a collection of

styles and details that a client, who visit our office are quickly

convinced of our capability to give them a first-class product.

Northern Trust BuildingThe 375 Fifth Avenue South building is a 27,000 square foot, five-

unit mixed-use building in downtown Naples. The design features

a major commercial bank, additional first floor retail space along

the street front, second floor office space and banquet facilities,

and five luxury residences on the third floor. Adherence to the

Fifth Avenue Master Plan was significant for the project’s success

in creating a pleasant pedestrian experience.

Northern Trust Bank- Marbella This small 340 SF interior renovation has made a large impact on the residents and staff of The Marbella at Pelican Bay due to the fact that they did not have banking services available to them prior to this project. Located in The Cove portion of the facility, this interior renovation had to abide by the high standards of The Marbella and Northern Trust as well as the strict building codes and be aware of the timing, etc. of the Assisted Living patients and families close by.

Once an empty shell, this space has been converted into an elegant, luxury private banking office complete with a large safe for secure private client storage. An interior window, open to the corridor was requested by the owner and was designed with Firelite Glass, an elegant selection option for a fire rated corridor wall. Keeping in budget, the designer also coordinated with other branches and brought in a conference table and four chairs that were refinished and reused. Elegant Greenguard finish specifications contribute to “Green” building and lower the off-gassing of materials for better comfort of the employees and visitors.

Neighborhood AmericaThe Neighborhood America building is a three-story, 34,000 SF

anchor building. The building contains a two-story lobby space

and incorporates materials that reflect richness and technological

sophistication. Openness and transparency were quickly

identified as the underlying concepts during initial meetings

between the architects, developer, and tenant. The use of

glazing became the focus of architectural design, and a light tint

glazing accomplished the client’s goals with the most transparent

product. As part of the interior work, the design team created a

custom reception desk for the lobby space.
