    PITFALLS:

    No proper supervision of meter readers by the supervisors

    o Schedule books are not checked regularly to know completed and pending taskso No proper check to ensure that team members report every day at the office

    Too many door lock conditions:

    o Most meters are installed inside the houses and thus create lots of difficulties ingaining access the meters.

    o This will eventually lead to a drag in revenue collection.
