• Competitive pricing: – Pro rata cancellation and no minimum retained premium, even for projects lasting less than one year – Flexible direct billing options

• Replacement cost valuation• Completed value defi nition includes reasonable profi t• “All Risk” coverage including:

– Equipment breakdown, collapse and testing – Theft and vandalism (including materials at the job site awaiting installation)

• Broad covered property defi nition, including scaffolding, false work, construction forms, foundations, paving, curbing, fencing, retaining walls and outdoor fi xtures

• Transit and temporary storage limits – 10% up to $250,000 – Includes coverage at locations owned or leased by named insured

• Coverage extensions including: – Site preparation covered if included in “completed value” limit – Supplemental limit for escalation costs (cost of labor, materials, changes in construction specifi cations) - 5% up to $500,000
