A relatively small number of
journals publish the majority
of significant scholarly
results
1. Citation index primary are needed for information search. We need the new variant of Bradford's law for open scholarly infrastructure, which determines the criteria for the selection of priority for sources indexing to ensure completeness of the sources are cited and quoted.
2. Availability of full publication texts will provide possibility for construction of new indexes to improve search precision and recall. The entities of the instruments and the objects which are mentioned in publication would be extracted from full text.
