forefront the sense of selflessness, dedication, and service of the rescue workers and civilians both in NYC and around the country

Understand the sacrifice made by so many rescue workers and civilians that day

Before the trip…Complete initial thoughts assignmentComplete an “oral history” with a person who

was in some way involved with the events of 9/11Can be anyone who was in NYC that dayIf you cannot find someone, see me

immediately- I will connect you with someone.

Oral historyAn interview you will conduct that gives a

FIRSTHAND account of what occurred on September 11.

Person you choose needs to have worked in NYC on 9/11 or have lost a friend or loved one that day*

Details of assignment will be discussed and distributed in class
