LASAGNA EGGPLANT

•LASAGNA IS A TYPE OF PASTA THAT IS SERVED ON SHEETS. This plate has origin greek/italian. The Word ¨lasagna¨ come from ¨lasagnon¨ to latin ¨lasanum¨ it refers to dipper, in where they cook. Its an entrance or first plate hot that´s eaten on Winter or in cold periods on spring.
LASAGNA´S ORIGIN
• 250 g cutted BEEF
• 150 g fried tomato
• 1 eggplant
• 1/4 onion
• 3 bacons
• 200 g queso de rulo de cabra
• 50 g 4 quesos
• Orégano
• Pimienta
• cuted fresh garlic
• Salt
INGREDIENTS
• Especiar ground beef with garlic, oregano, pepper and salt
• Prepare sauce with minced meat, finely chopped onion and tomato sauce
• Cut sheets make aubergine and grilled
• Riding layers as follows:

Fried beef
Match goat cheese into small pieces
