I believe that events like #GivingTuesdayIndia and #DaanUtsav are ways for us to reach beyond ourselves. In a country where far too many people are still waiting to experience economic and social dignity, these are attempts at building an integrated society, a good samaaj, which is the true foundation of successful nations.
Rohini Nilekani, Founder Arghyam & Philanthropist
Anne Frank famously said that no one ever became poorer by giving. I personally believe that by giving we actually become richer, experiencing both the joy of giving & in helping ensure we build a more sustainable society in our country. Make the most of #GivingTuesdayIndia!
