Comarch ECOD Tracker is a module of the Comarch
ECOD platform, which enables current control of elec-
tronic document movement between business part-
ners. The application is geared towards every par-
ticipant of Electronic Data Interchange who would
like to gain full access to information about docu-
ments: if the sent or received documents are cor-
rect, on which level of processing it is currently on
or what the reason is for a possible error. Comarch
ECOD Tracker is therefore useful and is a perfect tool
both for retail networks, producers, distributors and
logistic companies.
After logging into a dedicated web site, the customer
has direct access to all document statuses (orders,
invoices, dispatch advices, sales reports, etc.) as well
as information about their processing.

How does Comarch ECOD Tracker work
The Comarch ECOD Platform registers the current sta-
tus of a given document during transmission. As a re-
sult, it is possible to get information such as:
• sending of a document by sender
• receiving a document through the Comarch ECOD
Platform
• correct transformation of a document via the
Comarch ECOD Platform
• sending a document to a recipient
• receiving a document by a recipient
• and additionally obtaining information from a reci-
pient’s system, for example about the registration
of an invoice.

In addition, a customer has the ability to search all
documents exchanged via the Comarch ECOD Plat-
