GENERAL INFORMATIONColonial Lodge Assisted Living & Memory Care has been honored to care for the residents of Hunt County since 1990. As a private, family-owned and operated business, Colonial Lodge was created to provide seniors the independence they desire with the supportive services they need. Colonial Lodge prides itself in o�ering residents a lifestyle of convenience in an a�ordable environment.

Our Community boasts seventy-three private Assisted Living suites with various �oor plans, as well as a thirty-one capacity secured Memory Care units with private and friendship suites. Our TenderCare facility is the only state licensed Alzheimer’s Facility in Hunt County.

ASSISTED LIVING

Life at Colonial Lodge is all about choice and freedom. We encourage independence but have sta� available to o�er assistance as needed with daily tasks. Our residents enjoy meals in one of our two main dining rooms, housekeeping and laundry services, beautician weekly, utilities,transportation and much more! Plus, you’ll �nd care and wellness services available, such as assistance with medication management, dressing, bathing, grooming and more.

Residents will bene�t from a full calendar of enriching and inspiring activities. Beyond just games and puzzles, we o�eran individualized approach designed to stimulate all dimensions in wellness.

MEMORY CARE

Placing your spouse, parent or loved one with a memory disease or dementia under someone else’s care is a di�cult decision. Realizing this, we have developed the TenderCare program based on what families want in a facility.

TenderCare is a residential care unit designed to enable residents to enjoy a warm, home-like setting in a safe and secure environment. �e sta� is speci�cally trained to care for the special needs of residents diagnosed with dementia. Stimulating activity programs are provided by our licensed sta� and families are always encouraged to continue their involvement in their loved one’s care.

As a Colonial Lodge resident, you will receive an array of services and amenities for your comfort, safety and convenience:

• 24-hour sta�ng, full-time nurse(s) on sta�• Housekeeping twice a week• �ree nutritious meals daily and daily snacks• Active social, recreational and educational programs directed by our resident social director• Daily resident safety checks• Emergency call response system• Health and wellness assessments• On call assistance with activities of daily living• Scheduled transportation• Beautiful landscaped private grounds• All utilities except telephone• Basic cable TV programming• Laundry servicesAdditional services are available for residents who require regular personal attention and supervision with medications.
