PLEASE NOTE: The facility is available for set-up on Friday, January 13 th from 7PM until 9PM when the doors will be promptly locked. On the day of the show, the doors will open at 7AM for set up and grooming. Show hours are from 7AM-6PM. No dogs may be left in the building overnight. No chalking is allowed indoors and will be promptly enforced due to fines levied on each club. FOOD - CCMD will provide complimentary Coffee and Donuts from 8-9:30 AM and we have a new food vendor this year Sub- Urban-Bros and lunch will be available for purchase from 11-5PM. Check out their website at www.surburbanbros.com AKC EVENT CANCELLATION INFORMATION: Due to possible weather conditions you are urged to check the AKC Hotline at 1-877-252-3229. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian, judge, or barred from completion by action of the Show Committee. No entry fees will be refunded if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of civil disturbance, fire, flood, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, and acts of public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of Collie Club of Maryland. SHOW SITE large turnout on our back to back shows, set up area will be monitored due to space constraints and

please no chairs in the grooming area. Chairs are available around the show ring area. Extra portable

: No practicing in the rings at any time. There is no space for dogs not entered. Due to the

restrooms are also being provided to accommodate needs. Please adhere to all parking signs and restrictions. The Collie Club of Maryland Inc., members, their agents, employees, etc assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by handlers, exhibitors or to any of their dogs on property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Dogs must be on leashes or crated at all times. X-Pens are permitted outside only. Please clean up after your dog. Neither the Club, nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Owners or agent alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. The judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. VETERINARIAN ON CALL

From East to West

: Take I-70 or I-270 to Frederick, Md. Exit at #52, US 15 South/US 340 West. Follow US 15 South to the Potomac River. At the traffic light just before the bridge, turn left onto Mad Rt. 28 (Point of Rocks). Proceed 0.8 mile on Rt. 28, cross railroad tracks, and immediately turn right onto Rock Hall Road, then left into the parking area for Catoctin Kennel Club Training Facility.

From PA and North

: Follow US 15 South to the Potomac River at Point of Rocks, Md. Proceed as above.

From Northern VA

: Follow US 15 North to the Potomac River. Cross the bridge, and make an immediate right onto MD Rt. 28 (Point of Rocks). Proceed as above.
