Just in Time DevelopmentTeam provided approximately 200 hours of just-in-time support to individual faculty members including CV review, P&T guidance, qualitative research consults, curriculum review, classroom observation, SLM review, award support, etc.
Collaborative EffortsThe Faculty Development Team worked with: the Practice of Medicine faculty and staff to orient all Community of Practice preceptors; GME and HCA to establish a business curriculum for residents at Osceola, Ocala and North Florida; M3/M4 Af-filiate/Volunteer Faculty for their appreciation dinner and CME program and the IM residency program to establish a longitudinal mentoring program.
