POSTER PRESENTATION COMPETITION A Poster Presentation Competition on “AGRICULTURE & TECHNOLOGY” was organized at D. Y. Patil Campus

thTalsande on 18 February 2020 on the occasion of birthday of Hon. Dr. Sanjay D. Patil, Chairman, D. Y. Patil Education Society, Kolhapur.

The inaugural session was opened by watering a plant. Mr. Manas Mehta, Dr. A. K. Gupta, Dr. S. B. Patil, Principal, Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology, Talsande and Dr. S. R. Pawaskar, Director, Technical Campus, Talsande were present on the dias.

The Poster presentation competition was inaugurated by the auspicious hands of Chief Guest Mr. Manas Mehta, Director, Research & Development, Mehta Dairies, Kolhapur. The inaugural function was presided over by Dr. A. K. Gupta, Executive Director, D. Y. Patil Group, Kolhapur.

In the PPC-2020, 62 posters were presented by 108 participants from 14 different colleges in 6 districts of Maharashtra State. The winners and runner-ups were felicitated by giving special trophy and certificate.

EXPERT LECTURES

th Training & Placement cell had organized Campus Interviews of a Captain Tractors, Dist- Rajkot, Gujarat on 19 February 2020 for the post of Trainee Executive. Total 25 students were participated in the campus recruitment process from seven different colleges. Among participants 5 groups were made for group discussion and 15 students were shortlisted for interview. At the end of drive Six students were shortlisted & selected as Trainee Executive.

ANIMAL HEALTH CAMP

Animal Health Camp was arranged for farmers of Tandulwadi village. Dr. Ashok Shinde, Veterinary WDU, Warananagar Dudh Sangh, Warananagar guided about the health & hygiene of animals to villagers.
