CHRISTMAS TREESPlace the Christmas tree in your private entrance (on the left side when facing your home), 5 feet (1.5 m) from the street (not on a snow bank because it ends up being covered in snow, trapped in ice or buried by the snow plow and may not be visible), before 7 a.m. on the day the single tour starts.
BRANCH COLLECTIONS• Takes about 4 to 5 weeks, 1 city tour per collection.• May take longer if municipal employees are required for emergency work (e.g.
watermain breaks etc. or snow removal)• Are only collected if:
The pile of branches does not exceed 15 m wide (49 feet) x 3 m deep (10 feet) x 1.5 m high (5 feet). Do not tie branchesThe bigger ends (diameters) of the branches are all placed facing the streetThe diameter of the branches does not exceed 25 cm (maximum) (9 inches)The branches are by the curb: no later than 7 a.m. on the day the city tour begins
Are not collected: Branches containing debris and waste (e.g. stones, metal pieces), logs, roots, stumps.
LEAVES, NEEDLES AND OTHER GREEN RESIDUESYour bags must be compostable paper bags, no heavier than 50 pounds
• plastic bags will not be picked up• Residues are accepted in reusable containers (bins or garbage can) • At the curb at the earliest 7 days prior to the start date announced in a good enough
condition for personnel to lift them up• You must place your bags in your private entrance or in the Town’s right-of-way. If it
is not possible, cover them with a tarp.
Chemin Saint-Louis, Avenue Bédard, Chemin Sainte-Angélique and Chemin de la côte Saint-Charles make up the interior perimeter. Both sides of the street are included as part of the interior section.
All areas located outside the interior perimeter are considered part of the exterior sector with the exception of agricultural zones (where leaves are not collected).
GARAGE SALE• No permit required• No directional signs are authorized on the territory• Only one (1) sign may be installed at the address where the sale is taking place. COMMUNITY TREASURE HUNT• Gather up your used items in good condition• Register for the treasure hunt to ensure your address is included on the treasure

SECTOR LIMITS• Roads and arteries that delimit the sectors are part of the EAST
sector: Rue du Bordelais, Place de l’Harmonie, Place du Chantelys, Croissant de Neufchatel and Montée Saint-Robert.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL BINS• Use only the bin provided by the Town. No other bin are accepted.• Lid must be CLOSED• A clearance of 2 feet (or 0.61 m) around the bin must be provided to
accommodate the mechanical arm• Handle and wheels of the bin must be facing your home• Place the bin in your private entrance (on the left side when facing
your home), 5 feet (1.5 m) from the street : the night before or before 7 a.m.
